If there's going to be a bizarre, otherworldly-looking creature spotted scaling the side of a building, why wouldn't it be in Russia? After all, Russia does tend to attract more than its fair share of paranormal activity. But just because it could happen doesn't mean that it actually will. The video below started circulating back in 2013. It reportedly shows a monster climbing an apartment building somewhere in Russia, and the worst part is that it kind of looks like Slender Man. Although it's freaky, there's an overwhelming amount of evidence that points to it being fake.

First of all, what would a monster get out of climbing the side of an apartment complex? That feels like a major plot hole to me. That being said, I'll still be drawing the blinds tonight.
